Michaelene – there is no one, and I mean no one, who could possibly compare with Michaelene, the realtor, the person, the all-knowing and very professional person. We were looking for a home in Florida, from San Antonio, TX. We were very blessed that Michaelene responded to an inquiry about a home we were interested in. Obviously, it’s not easy looking at homes online and wondering what the homes are really like. She immediately called and asked us what we were looking for in a home. She then had us on an automatic distribution list for what we were looking for. Whenever we saw one, or two, or three, etc. that we might be interested in, she would discuss it with us, go to the home, FaceTime while at the house and even do walkthrough videos! Michaelene’s patience with us was incredible! Finally, after reviewing several homes online, we finally found a home we wanted to purchase. I flew down for the inspection and Michaelene even picked me up at the Tampa airport, we had lunch and then went to the house for the inspection. She was there with us every step of the way! She is an awesome communicator, reliable, dependable, honest, trustworthy, intuitive, meticulous, and her expertise is phenomenal. She was with us every step of the way from the very beginning of the sale, things to expect during the process in anticipation of the closing, always there to answer our questions and is still our go-to person for everything. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has a wealth of knowledge regarding everything from contractors, places to go, restaurants, everything! She has an outstanding reputation and a very reliable realtor. We highly recommend Michaelene, strongly endorse her and can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us and she continues to be there for us.
