Michaelene is by far the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. Great communication, organized, knowledgably of HOA’s, Communities, Property, Differences in buying in FL vs other states, promptly followed up on items prior to closing, took videos of my walkthroughs, video of the area and even FaceTime me so we could discuss my concerns as a buyer! Where to start ? I started searching on the website months before actually getting in Florida. I had my share of pushy Agents hounding me the minute they got ahold of my contact information. Michaelene was a breath of fresh air! She gave me space when I needed it but was right there to answer any questions. When we arrived in the area I had my list narrowed down and she was ready to accommodate any of our requests. She is a JOY to work with, not at all pushy!!
