Buying a house, sight unseen can be scary; but Michaelene took the 'scary' out of it. She is the ultimate professional who works very hard to make sure you are satisfied Her patience and diligence knows no bounds and she will help you through the whole process. Michaelene started working with us over two years before we made the decision to move to Florida from Virginia. We knew that at some point we would move closer to our daughter in Bradenton but, not exactly when. Each time we visited the area Michaelene would show us properties and give us valuable information about the area. Kings Point was the community that most interested us. When we finally decided to move she found us the perfect home and helped us to navigate all the administrative details of settling here.

We are out of state buyers and needed an agent we could trust and depend upon. My husband found Michaelene on the internet. She is fantastic!! She helped us find the property, make an offer and helped with our remote closing. We had many questions and problems which she took care in a timely manner. Being out of state was a challenge and Michaelene made it all possible. We highly recommend her as she is a professional. She made our out of state move much easier.
