Michaelene put our minds at ease, she anticipated every need that we had, and she was a joy to work with. She answered all of our questions before we even knew we needed those answers. Great communication, organized, knowledgably of HOA’s, Communities, Property, Differences in buying in FL vs other states, promptly followed up on items prior to closing, took videos of my walkthroughs, video of the area and even FaceTime me so we could discuss my concerns as a buyer!
