My husband and I had been looking for a second home for a while and we didn’t have a realtor. My cousin Teresa recommended Michelle to us after her wonderful experience working with her last year to purchase her own home. So we immediately contacted Michelle and this is when our partnership began.

We met up with her and she showed us a few homes. After a few viewings and some discussions, Michelle was able to immediately decipher what we were looking for in the Brentwood area.

We quickly found a property we liked. We made an offer on it and it was accepted. However, after further consideration, we had a change of heart and felt it was not the right house for us. Michelle was very patient and understanding with our decision and we moved on.

Even though we were second bidders, Michelle stayed on top of it. When it became known the first bidders were not successful in their attempt, she made sure that we were given consideration. Ultimately our offer was accepted, thanks in large part to Michelle’s extensive work with her loan company and other support groups. We were extremely delighted in getting the home we were looking for.

Michelle attended all property inspections and paid attention to all the details. She was very diligent but more importantly she was in command of her team, whether be it in her office, finance, or escrow departments to get things moving along quickly. She was able to come to a successful conclusion for us, and we would highly recommend Michelle to others for all their real estate needs.

Michelle is a real pro in the home real estate business. She knows the market really well and "what buttons to push at what time." She has a special talent in communicating with a potential buyer and that buyer's agent. Our house sold in a little over a week in a rapidly tight market. That is because Michelle had the right sense in pricing it to sell yet meeting our own objectives. Her recommendations for improvements were spot on giving us confidence about our sale. Her pleasant manner really stands out. We highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.

Michelle is a dream come true. She is incredibly responsive even helping us bid on a house successfully when she was on vacation. Whenever we had a question she responded ASAP. Given the we were dealing with her from our home in Minnesota this was no easy task for her. In fact, we did not meet her in person until the closing. She contacted us as soon as we started looking online and treated us as if she knew us for years, She has even been extremely helpful and responsive after the closing and the deal was done.
