I love working in 55+ real estate and helping people achieve their real estate dreams. Whether it's buying or selling, it's a journey and I enjoy helping people navigate the process and make it an easier transition. I work really hard for my clients so they don't have to worry about all of the details. I like to make the process as stress free for them as possible. I know the community and the different neighborhoods and what might work depending on what my clients are looking for. I have a list of trades people who I can refer to my clients who are new to the area and need help with work around the home. I also can help with community activities that they might be interested in or ways they can connect with others and make new friends. I have extensive experience and education which helps me provide exceptional experiences to my clients. My educational and professional accomplishments include a BA from the University of Notre Dame, and education from the National Board of Realtors, the California Board of REaltors, Idaho Board of Realtors, as well as other professional associations. I've also received awards for being the Top Producer for Northern California, and am a CB International Award Winner, Luxury Home Specialist, Relocation Specialist, and a Certified Real Estate Negotiator. A graduate from the University of Notre Dame, I started my career in the IT industry. I bought my first property when I was 22 years old and have loved real estate ever since. Since then, I've been awarded a patent from the US government, built and sold a business, run various non-profit organizations in the community and taught at local schools. I've lived in the area for over 23 years with my husband and children.
