My advice to anyone considering a move to a 55+ community is to visit the communities that you are interested in, view the properties available within budget, and research all the community amenities that suit you the best, before making a decision.

Raphael was excellent, he listened to us, and made sure the process went nice and smooth..
Excellent.Rafael went way beyond what realtors do. He actually saved me 3,000 dollars when he found the AC was not broken like I was told. The breaker was shut off. He kept his eye on the place as well. He lined up all the repair people and got the job done. This was not a huge sale or money maker for Rafael but he acted like it was. He is a mensch.
