I am a United States Air Force Veteran with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and I'm fluent in Spanish. I have extensive knowledge of neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance, inspection, and amenities information. I'm a 40-year resident of Broward County. My advice to anyone considering a move to a 55+ community is to visit the communities that you are interested in, view the properties available within budget, and research all the community amenities that suit you the best, before making a decision.
