She earned a BBA in Marketing/Management and has over 25 years of business, sales and marketing experience. Trudy's background has given her the experience to be a STRONG NEGOTIATOR. She previously worked for a luxury home real estate company as their Marketing Director and then continued her career by starting her own event/wedding coordinating business. Over 10 years, she coordinated and hosted over 850 events/weddings, big and small with top notch service. This service has carried through into her real estate career today.
Now as a Realtor, Trudy has earned the SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation. As a previous Director at a retirement community, she has the experience and knowledge working with 55+ adults and enjoys assisting them in any real estate or downsizing need. She has worked personally with many of the same affiliations/organizations as seniors through through her daughter who has special needs. Trudy has earned the prestigious designation, ABR® - Accredited Buyers Representative. She has the knowledge needed to help buyers with the utmost service and care possible. She has received the MRP® - Military Relocation Professional designation. Trudy's husband served in the military as well as several other family members. Living in Military City, USA (San Antonio), she has been fortunate to work with many military families, and she enjoys being able to SERVE them! Trudy has also earned her certification through the City of San Antonio Office Of Historic Preservation as a Historic House Specialist.

We had very good experience with Trudy. As a broker she helped us find our dream house. She has good knowledge about local area. She is very responsive and helpful. She listened to all our specific requirements we were looking in our house and help us find house with all the specifications.

Trudy is always top-of-the-line to me when it comes to a real estate need. She has a huge database of service providers, and I recently used one for remodeling my bathroom. He did an outstanding job! I trust Trudy with any recommendation and look to her as a source I can go to as a Realtor.
