One of the 13 GVR facilities is located right within the Continental Vistas neighborhood. This satellite center has a multipurpose room and kitchenette, perfect for parties. It’s also equipped with an outdoor pool and spa.
Continental Vistas Homes & Real Estate
Built between 1977 and 1993, Continental Vistas is an established 55+ community in Green Valley. This 296-home neighborhood has both attached and single-family homes available on a resale only basis.
The attached homes are a great low-maintenance option with ranch-style floor plans that offer approximately 1,132 to 1,834 square feet. Attached homes typically have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage.
Continental Vista’s single-family homes also offer ranch-style layouts between 1,599 and 2,321 square feet of living space. Most of these residences can be found on West Vista Hermosa Drive. These were designed with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached garage.

We bought a small place here to spend our winter months and really enjoy it. There is almost zero maintenance to worry about when we're gone and when we're in town, there is plenty to do. Being a part of GVR gives us access to great rec centers and lots of activities. We like being able to have access to everything on our own timeframe which gives us the ability to also do other things without feeling like we're not utilizing the amenities as much as we should (or getting as much out of them for what we pay).
