The Encore collection offers homebuyers slightly larger options, with homes ranging from 2,023 to 2,509 square feet in size. All models feature two to three bedrooms and two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a two-car attached garage with a storage space. Other desirable features include dens with optional third bedrooms in some cases.
