Del Webb at North Ranch and Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas have opened new amenity centers.

Del Webb has opened the doors to brand-new, state-of-the-art amenity centers at two Las Vegas area communities: Del Webb at North Ranch and Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas.

At Del Webb at North Ranch, the new amenity center features a fitness center with classes and clubs. Homeowners can also head outdoors to enjoy pickleball and bocce ball courts, an event lawn, walking trails, and a resort-style pool.

The 10,000-square-foot Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas Clubhouse features a fitness center, a billiards room, multipurpose rooms, a great room, and an aerobics studio. Outdoors, residents have access to pickleball and bocce ball courts, an event lawn with a fire pit, and walking trails with views of the 320-acre lake. Homeowners can also take a dip in the community’s lap and resort pools.

“With the eagerly anticipated opening of the clubhouses, residents will enjoy resort-style living where they can indulge in their favorite activities with their friends and neighbors, both day and night,” said Ryan Breen, president of PulteGroup’s Las Vegas division, in a press release.
