Outdoors, residents have access to pickleball and bocce ball courts, an event lawn with a fire pit, and walking trails with views of the 320-acre lake. Homeowners can also take a dip in the community’s lap and resort pools.

“With the eagerly anticipated opening of the clubhouses, residents will enjoy resort-style living where they can indulge in their favorite activities with their friends and neighbors, both day and night,” said Ryan Breen, president of PulteGroup’s Las Vegas division, in a press release.
