Del Webb will host a grand opening for its newest community in the Las Vegas area, Del Webb at North Ranch. Last July, the renowned builder announced it would be breaking ground on two new communities in Las Vegas: Del Webb North Ranch and Del Webb Lake Las Vegas.
On Saturday, March 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., prospective homebuyers can see all Del Webb at North Ranch has to offer. The builder will be hosting an open house where attendees can tour eight professionally decorated model homes, explore the resort-style amenities, and also enjoy food, refreshments, and music.
Model Homes Open to Tour
Prospective homebuyers will be able to choose from nine home models at Del Webb at North Ranch. The single-story, single-family homes range from almost 1,300 square feet to just over 2,000 square feet with two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. All of the homes, from the smallest homes in the Cottage series to the largest homes in the Retreat series, feature walk-in closets, en-suite master baths, a covered patio, a two-car garage, and open floor plans for entertaining.
The homes start in the low $300s, and homebuyers will be able to select customizable features and floor plans. At the grand opening, prospective residents will be able to tour eight completed homes in all three home series. Del Webb plans to build under 400 homes at Del Webb at North Ranch, which will provide an intimate community of neighbors.
Showcasing Signature Amenities
During the open house, Del Webb will also be showcasing the amenities that its communities are known for. The homes at North Ranch will center around the clubhouse and community gathering spaces. Del Webb plans to build a clubhouse and recreation center with a fitness facility, a dance and aerobics studio, and social spaces.
The clubhouse will be the center of activities, including classes, clubs, or special events. Outside, residents will be able to enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball, or bocce ball; a swim in the resort-style or lap pool, events on the lawn, or a walk on the trails in the community.
Easy Access to All of Las Vegas
Del Webb at North Ranch is near the intersection of Losee Road and East Centennial Parkway in North Las Vegas. Residents will have easy access to Route 215 and Interstate 15, which can take them downtown or to the Strip in about 20 minutes.
While Del Webb at North Ranch is a more intimate development, residents still have access to many of the surrounding recreation areas and golf courses. Just a few minutes away, residents can enjoy a round of golf at the Aliante Golf Club or the Los Prados Golf and Country Club. The community will also be just a few steps from the Las Vegas Upper Wash Trail, which connects to walking and biking trails across the city.
