Downtown skyline of Tucson, Arizona with Sentinel Peak in the background

Del Webb has three active adult communities near Tucson for potential homebuyers to consider.

Del Webb’s first development was Sun City in Phoenix, but the builder now has three communities in Tucson for those who might prefer the active adult lifestyle in Arizona’s second city.

Tucson is much smaller and more laid-back than Phoenix, and it's better if you want to get out into the desert and the mountains. The landscape provides scenic views throughout the city and gives residents plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, horseriding, and other outdoor activities.

Tucson’s Del Webb communities also benefit from the experience the company gained in building its first developments in Phoenix. If you combine the amenities of the communities with the attractions Mother Nature provides, then there are a lot of reasons to consider the 55+ active adult lifestyle in Del Webb's Tucson communities.
