Since opening in 2017, Heritage at Cadence has proven itself to be a highly sought-after 55+ community in Henderson, Nevada. Part of the Cadence master-planned community, Heritage at Cadence includes a variety of amenities and home designs, offering the best that Lennar Homes has to offer.

Now, homebuyers will have even more incentive to check out the community thanks to the addition of new models.

Courtyards Collection

Five new models are available as part of the Courtyards Collection: Copper, Grayling, Monarch, Juniper, and Adonis. Each one of these homes offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and range in size from 1,232 to 1,422 square feet. Regardless of which model you choose, these single-story homes provide spacious living spaces and a variety of features. This includes master suites and walk-in closets. In terms of the kitchen spaces, upgrades like granite countertops and gourmet kitchen appliances ensure that you’ll be able to cook and eat in style. Prices are set in the high $200s.

Other Models

Overall, Heritage at Cadence includes roughly 1,000 single-family and attached homes. Prior to the Courtyard collection, there were four home collections: Duets, Symphony, Chorus, and Encore. Similar to the Courtyards collection, their homes also included modern features like granite countertops, open living spaces, raised-panel maple cabinetry, and home automation.

Amenities

In addition, the community is also home to The Heritage Recreation Center, a 22,713 square-foot recreation center. Inside, residents of the community have access to a number of features, including a fitness room that comes with top-notch equipment, an indoor lap pool, a ballroom that hosts community gatherings and events, as well as a café area, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat with friends during the day.

Outdoors, more activities are available. Those trying to stay active will have no problem thanks to the outdoor pool, two tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and bocce ball courts, all of which overlook the many walking and biking trails found throughout.

b Surrounding the center there are over 450 acres of parks, all of which are easily explorable thanks to the bike share program offered by the community. With so much green space, it should go without saying that throughout the year, the recreation center hosts a variety of community events, including picnics, barbecues, and groups/club meetings.

Lifestyle

Heritage at Cadence places equal emphasis on the social aspects of the community. Residents are free to participate in a number of clubs and activities, including arts and crafts and golf. Because the community is still new, the number of clubs continues to expand, with there being ample opportunity to start a club of your very own.

While there is much to see within the community, there are even more to see in the overall area. After all, Las Vegas and all of its wonders are right at your doorstep. Just down the street from the community is a number of shops and restaurants, several golf courses, and of course, the many famous casinos and resorts that put Las Vegas on the map. Therefore, with this new home collection, it has never been a better time to explore Heritage at Cadence and see for yourself all that it has to offer.
