Heritage at Cadence, near Las Vegas, is offering active adults even more home options

Since opening in 2017, Heritage at Cadence has proven itself to be a highly sought after 55+ community in Henderson, Nevada. Part of the Cadence master-planned community, Heritage at Cadence includes a variety of amenities and home designs, offering the best that Lennar Homes has to offer.

Courtyards Collection

Five new models are available as part of the Courtyards Collection: Copper, Grayling, Monarch, Juniper, and Adonis. Each one of these homes offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, and range in size from 1,232 to 1,422 square feet.
