Upon completion, Scenic Ridge will have 80 new attached and single-family homes.

Our second Pittsburgh area neighborhood built by Epcon Communities is in the town of Harmony, 40 miles north of the city and close to I-79. Scenic Ridge is just a few minutes from Strawberry Ridge Golf Course and the charming hamlet of Zelienpole, which has a community park and a mix of old-fashioned and modern stores.

Upon completion, Scenic Ridge will have 80 new attached and single-family homes. It doesn’t have age restrictions, but there’s an HOA with monthly fees to provide for snow removal and yard work.

The two attached models have 1,718 or 1,816 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, and two-car garages. The six single-family models range from 1,519 to 2,930 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, two-car garages, and similar features to the attached models. There will also be a private clubhouse with an outdoor pool and patio, an exercise room, and a gathering center for meetings and events.
