<p>One of <a href=Southern California’s premier low-maintenance communities is adding more home options for those looking for an active lifestyle. Trilogy at The Polo Club in Indio, California is hosting a grand opening for the Freedom Collection, which contains seven model homes between the Freedom I and Freedom II labels.

Prospective buyers can join builder Shea Homes at the community on Saturday, June 16 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The evening will consist of model home tours, live music, games, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and desserts.

Here are the details on the seven different floor plan options:

Freedom I

Price Range: Mid $300s – Low $700s

  • Unite: 1,448 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages
  • Affirm: 1,622 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages
  • Connect: 1,847 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages
  • Reunion: 1,928 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages

Freedom II

Price Range: Low $400s – Low $700s

  • Excite: 2,039 square feet, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages
  • Proclaim: 2,141 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half-bathrooms, two-car garages
  • Liberty: 2,367 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two-car garages

Community Info

Since 2013, Trilogy at The Polo Club has been a leading active lifestyle community in the Palm Springs area. The community is all-ages but includes a smaller 55+ neighborhood for active adults. Upon completion, Trilogy at The Polo Club will include 1,000 single-family homes.

Amenities are centered around the 25,000 square-foot clubhouse, the Polo Club. The lavish clubhouse includes ways to stay in shape, dine with friends, shop, and work on your golf game. Inside you’ll find a state-of-the-art-fitness center, yoga studio, golf simulator, and billiards.

Homeowners can socialize at June Hill’s Table Restaurant, The Cuverie private dining suite, McCarroll’s showcase kitchen, and an events center. Also inside is The Market Place store, a game room, and several card rooms.


Outdoors, residents have ample options when it comes to sports and relaxation. Trilogy at The Polo Club has three outdoor pools, two patios, three tennis courts, and three pickleball courts. There are also several outdoor exercise stations throughout the community for a workout amongst nature.
