Built by Pulliam Properties, the gated and age-restricted community of Crowfields features 192 attached homes that are available on a resale basis only. Floor plans range from 1,300 to 3,600 square feet with two to three bedrooms, and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Residences do not include garages.

Amenities within the neighborhood’s gates include a clubhouse, a library, an arts and crafts studio, a heated pool, gardening plots, parks and natural space, fishing ponds, and scenic rivers.
