Four Seasons at Gold Hill - Fort Mill, SC

Located less than 30-minutes from Uptown Charlotte in the thriving suburb of Fort Mill, the Four Seasons at Gold Hill community is an affordable option for active adults who want to live close enough to a city to easily access all it has to offer, but far enough away to enjoy a slower pace of life. The age-restricted neighborhood features a mixture of just over 300 single-family and attached homes that are available on a resale-only basis.
