Spread across 70 acres, Lennar Home’s Carolina Reserve Meadows boasts 239 single-family homes. The development is part of a master-planned community that’s divided into two sections, which include the Meadows and the 165-home Enclave neighborhood.

Only resale options are available within Carolina Reserve Meadows, and most homes within the community are ranch-style with prices starting in the mid $200s. There are eight available floor plans that range from 1,686 to 2,776 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two-car garages. While most plans are for single-level ranches, there are some that are two-stories.

Noteworthy indoor amenities include a clubhouse, multipurpose rooms, an exercise room, and a catering kitchen. Outdoor amenities include a pool and patio, walking and biking trails, and a scenic pond as well as parks and natural spaces.

It features 123 new single-family homes with price points starting in the high $100s. There are four floor plans for prospective homebuyers to consider. Plans range from 1,150 to 1,694 square feet with up to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage.

Amenities in the neighborhood include a gathering area with a fire pit, plenty of greenspaces, and access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Another perk that comes along with owning a home in Annadale Estates is the community’s homeowners’ association (HOA), which covers chores like lawn mowing and snow removal.

Edgewater residents have access to a long list of amenities that includes an 18-hole golf course, a pro shop, an outdoor pool and patio, cabanas, a fitness center, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Additionally, there are walking and biking trails, a lakeside park, a marina, a boat launch, and room for RV and boat storage. Final plans for the development also include a 1,600-square-foot meeting house, a golf clubhouse, and equestrian facilities.

Located less than 30-minutes from Uptown Charlotte in the thriving suburb of Fort Mill, the Four Seasons at Gold Hill community is an affordable option for active adults who want to live close enough to a city to easily access all it has to offer but far enough away to enjoy a slower pace of life. The age-restricted neighborhood features just over 300 single-family and attached homes that are available on a resale-only basis.

Four Seasons has several unique floor plans to compare depending on the type of home. There are three townhome floor plans that range between 1,392 and 1,969 square feet with one to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Single-family homes within the development offer more space with more than a dozen floor plans to choose from. Home sizes vary between 1,480 to 3,430 square feet with two to five bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages. Some plans also include a den.

A variety of amenities can be found within Four Seasons at Gold Hill, which include a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse, a ballroom, a catering kitchen, a library, card rooms, an arts and crafts studio, billiards, computer and fitness centers, and an aerobics studio. Outdoors, residents will have access to a pool and patio, a grilling area, tennis and bocce ball courts, a driving range, and plenty of natural space.
