Springfield at Whitney Oaks Reviews
- Glen and Margaret (Resident/Homeowner)|June 9, 2013We are new residents of Springfield at Whitney Oaks and have lived here for almost one year. We are in our 50s and love Springfield for may reasons and find it suits our needs very well. The location is in a beautiful part of Rocklin atop a ridge that provides stunning views and many yards that back up to open space. The abundant shopping and services provide all the conveniences one needs while still retaining a small town feel. We love our open floor plan. The Springfield community is not too big and the residents are so much fun. The neighborhoods are well established with mature trees, nearby trails and quiet streets great for morning and evening walks. With all the classes, clubs and amenities the clubhouse offers, it feels like we are living in a resort.
- Susan L.(Resident/Homeowner)|May 31, 2013Springfield is a nice community in a pretty central location. My wife and I enjoy travel and like to spend a few weekends a year in San Francisco and Napa, sometimes even Lake Tahoe or Reno. It's nice to be centrally located plus we like that the community is gated so we feel ok leaving our home behind when we're out exploring!
