The gated Springfield neighborhood is a separate age-restricted enclave of the Whitney Oaks subdivision, which is located near the southern boundary of the popular Sun City Lincoln Hills community.

Within the Springfield neighborhood residents enjoy exclusive access to the Gables Clubhouse, the community's 6,000 square-foot center for social and physical activity. Home buyers can choose from 20 different single-family floor plans in Springfield at Whitney Oaks that range in size from 1,182 to nearly 3,500 square feet.
