Neighbors respect each other’s space and watch out for one another.
Perfect location, picturesque setting, and pleasant people are only three of the reasons we chose to purchase a home at Founders’ Ridge in Middletown Ct. The development is located in a country-like area of Middletown with quick access to shopping and medical facilities. Our children from New Hampshire and Massachusetts absolutely love the down area and restaurants. Our home has nature at our back doorstep – a feature which many of us already appreciate. Beautiful sunrises greet you on the way out, and often set the tone for the day. Our neighbors respect our space, have delightful senses of humor, and take the time to look out for one another.
The homes in our development are very well constructed. Even though the units may have a similar layout, personal choices make each home unique. Ted and Phyllis address any concerns that we have quickly and thoroughly and take pride in how everything looks. Add a very reasonable association fee to the mix and life is good.
At a recent holiday gathering, several of the residents told us how they happened to choose Founders’ Ridge and what their experience had been thus far. Their research validated all we have seen thus far, and we continue to look forward to the days ahead.
I found my retirement dream house at Founders Ridge. I’m in the process of moving in and each time that I go there I discovery another feature that I love about my new home. These are individual free standing homes which offer privacy along with a sense of community and the benefits of a condominium at a very reasonable monthly fee. My home is both beautiful and extremely well built. I love the open concept of the living space and my outdoor deck is a lovely bonus area where I can enjoy the spectacular views. I searched for a new home for over a year and I’m so happy that I finally found all that I was looking for at Founders Ridge.
