About Hopmeadow Place

Hopmeadow Place is 55+ condominium building in Simsbury, Connecticut. Residents enjoy access to great amenities within the building and in the nearby downtown area. Hartford and Bradley International Airport are a short drive away from this convenient location. A homeowners’ association (HOA) provides maintenance for the community, giving residents more freedom to enjoy themselves.
