Carillon Lakes Homes & Real Estate
Started by Florida Leisure Communities in 2000 and completed in 2006, Carillon Lakes offers attached carriage homes and single-family homes available on a resale-only basis. The carriage homes offer two to three bedrooms, one-and-a-half to two bathrooms with 1,500 to just over 2,000 square feet of living space and an attached one or two-car garage. All carriage homes have convenient one-floor living with a screened lanai offering great water or nature views.
The single-family homes are mostly three or four bedroom homes with two to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Ranging from 1,400 to almost 3,000 square feet of living space these models offer open floor plans and oversized master bedrooms. The single-family homes also have a screened lanai and an attached two-car garage.

Carillon Lakes
The community is an ideal active adult oasis just west of Down Town Chicago. The residents are very warm and welcoming.
I am trying to sell my house and this is NOT a 55+ community. It is open to all ages. It is a secure and gated community. A wonderful place to live in. Very friendly.
The greatest thing about Carillon Lakes is the residents. They are the nicest, most friendly and welcoming people. We love our home as we were looking to downsize and the amenities are a dream come true. We feel like we are living in a resort and have access to everything we want – pools, fitness center, organized activities, clubrooms and so much more!
We built our home here at Carillon Lakes in 2005. We have enjoyed the community, the ammenities, our beautiful lakes, the very nicely appointed clubhouses, the pool, fitnesss facilities and the convenience to the Parkway. Our neighbors are friendly and the fulltime guard service is outstanding. The neighborhood has been here for better than 10 years yet it still looks outstanding due to the attentive HOA. We have loved every day we have lived here.
