The Garden Series is an enclave of 112 low-maintenance attached and single-family homes for buyers 55 and better.     This isnt a 55 + community. Its bunch of people who should of bought a home in stoneybrook..... hoa always wants to say ur grass isnt mowed or weeds in ur driveway.. claim it's a gated community..... but the gate never works. Save ur money and time buy or rent in stoneybrook. Everyone buys here then moves to stoneybrook. Cause they want a gated community. And dont want to live next to a landfill.... who wants a $ 300,000 home and be woken up at 530 am from the landfill. Or the smell that Comes from the landfill.

    We ended up buying a home here but not in the 55 section. We liked the Landon plan best for the extra square footage with 2 bedrooms plus a home office and the kitchen is open to the great room. It's perfect for hosting dinner parties and holidays. The clubhouse is great, a little small, but everything is very nice and very well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and the gated entry is grand!
