    In reply to Mark....First, Jay is not the one making the design choices. He is hired to do a job and does it very well. The choices are made by the owners of the development. Second, there have been multiple HOA meetings in the development to go over many details but you have chosen to not attend any. The HOA is to assure that codes are being followed to maintain our development and value. Most people are happy to have the HOA and follow the codes.
    It is not the HOA or construction that will drive down the value of our community but false negative reviews like yours!!!
    Third, you are not a homeowner in our community and are not stuck here as you say. If it is so bad, you do have an option of moving on. This is a very friendly and supportive neighborhood.

    The Builder Jay is constructing the other side of Cedarcrest Village and it don't look nothing like our houses I mean like night and day it's like a different subdivision they look built cheaper they don't have no rock or stone on outside like all the rest they just have Hardiplank siding and the clubhouse they're building on that side of the subdivision is a plain Jane it does not match the homes in this neighborhood so he went the cheap way around on my opinion I don't know if it's going to drive our property value goes down on the right side of the subdivision because they do not look is nice as our homes . But if we lose property value over it I was sue him Jay.
    So look at all the reviews and especially look at the new construction Building compared to the construction is here I'm pretty sure you think like I do but we're stuck here so far with the HOA and horrible side right side of community
