Crestwood Village 2
We have lived here for a few months and love it. Very quiet and peaceful community. Deer walk through the yard every day. Great place to live.
I live in Crestwood Village II, and have been here almost 3 years… I hear people complain and I just don’t understand it. Where can you purchase and own a home for the prices in this community; and pay monthly taxes/maintenance lower than most places charge solely for maintenance (My taxes are under $1,000 for the entire year !!!! In NJ!!! ). There are homes you can actually purchase under $50,000! I don’t think another place even exists.!! I have great neighbors and find it peaceful. If I choose to go to the ocean it is close enough to drive; however we are not too close to deal with the summer traffic at the Jersey shore in the summer..An hour drive to Philadelphia/ 45 mins to Atlantic City. I heard about Crestwood Village from a friend of mine that purchased a home here . When she told me what she paid for a 2 bedroom and what her taxes and maintenance fees were, I could not believe it and had to visit her, and found it all to be true! I immediately started looking and found a place!!
The HOA is absolutely horrible to deal with. Biased and unfair. If they see someone getting a good deal they will step in and use their “right to refusal” for the sale and purchase the unit themselves for their own profit. Would never step foot in this community again.
I live there. It's a very nice place to live. Safe. Pretty. And easy access to most services. Groceries about 5 minutes away. Mall about 1/2 hour away. Many doctors and drug stores right there in the area. Several banks. Parkway entrance 15 or 20 minutes away. Right off of route 70. Check into it.
