The Garden State Parkway and Route 539 are within easy access and the New Jersey Transit provides bus service to Atlantic City. A mere 20-minute drive will take residents to the vibrant world of Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Expressway, which goes through Philadelphia. For those longer distances, Atlantic City International Airport and a number of different Amtrak Stations can be reached within only 30 minutes. Pretty nice little houses for a very good price point. Not as luxurious but the place is well kept better than higher end communities that cost much more and have higher fees. People seem real friendly and speak well about the HOA which is nice to hear! This is a real maybe! :)
