Founders Village is a 55+ community in the East Long Island city of Southold in New York. This intimate active adult neighborhood contains just 92 homes, making it a perfect option for homeowners looking for a friendly community where neighbors become fast friends. Founders Village also has a beautiful clubhouse as its central meeting place and a beautiful, idyllic setting that residents love.
