Single-family homes come in either one-story or two-story floor plans and have formal dining rooms. Both collections are equipped with a two-car garage. Homeowners can also customize their house with an optional walkout basement, patio, or additional bedroom or bathroom.

We purchased a brand new home here in 2011 and feel like it was a great investment. Our experience with the builder was pretty good although we have had a couple issues but again, everything has been taken care of promptly. The clubhouse is fabulous and we get a lot of use out of it. We both exercise a few times a week and use the swimming pool as much as possible. The community is very nice yet has a casual feel to it. I'd say it's very welcoming and the views are outstanding!
