The Seasons brand is well established on Long Island. The first floor units have basements which is a big plus. The only downside is some units have many stairs.
We bought a place here about three years ago and actually got an amazing deal (under $400k)! Now prices are higher and we're happy about that of course for our property value is on the rise. We've love condo living and not having to worry about any maintenance. We use the fitness center alot and the pool pretty often in the summertime. Most of all we just like getting together with friends, attending the events and simply relaxing! The condos are a little on the small side but that's fine with us. We're not hosting big family holidays anymore, the kids host now with their families and it's fantastic!
