Villas at Seminary Hill is a newly constructed 55+ active adult condominium community in Carmel, New York. One of the newest age-restricted communities in Carmel with construction starting in 2018, a total of 50 homes will make up this serene community in the picturesque countryside of one of the area’s historic esteemed towns.
