We have lived here for a few years now and are pleased. The area is fantastic so I think we'll always maintain or build equity, hopefully because it was expensive even when the market was in the dumps. Things are better now and prices are already heading back up so I'm feeling good about that. The clubhouse is very nice and the amenities are always well maintained.
Great community in the south fork. Nice clubhouse and landscaping and close to shopping, wineries, and restaurants.
