Some homes will offer second stories for additional guest bedrooms, bonus spaces, and storage areas.

Canopy Creek will be located in Denver, about 25 miles north of Charlotte and 5 miles from the banks of Lake Norman, putting residents within easy reach of daily needs and fun opportunities.

Residents will find themselves close to any conveniences they may need, including Publix, Food Lion, Westport Market, ALDI, and Harris Teeter as well as CVS, Walgreens, and Select Care Pharmacy. Additional nearby retail opportunities will include Sam’s Club, Costco, Walmart, and Target. In addition, homeowners who want to pursue physical fitness will have access to several exercise facilities as well as nearby aquatic centers. 

Canopy Creek will also be close to multiple health care providers, such as Piedmont HealthCare, Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, Carolinas HealthCare System, Catawba Valley Medical Center, Novant Health, and Frye Regional Medical Center.

Within a few miles, residents will have access to Lake Norman State Park, which boasts the largest freshwater lake in the state and ample opportunities for boating, fishing, swimming, and water recreation.

Residents who want to visit nearby metropolitan areas will be in luck, as they will be able to drive about 30 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, providing easy access to everything the city has to offer. For longer trips, the Charlotte Douglas International Airport will be just 25 minutes away.
