Spacious interiors, with large master bedroom complete with spacious walking closet. The master bath is very nice size with double all in one sink and large mirror. There is a walk in shower. There is a window to increase ventalation and airflow. The kitchen is nicely designed with the large sink, stove, microwave and space for double door refrigerators. There is a dining area, double door coat closet at the entrance from the hall way. The building is gated. Landscaping is nicely done to add beauty to the community. There is a beautiful club house with large swimming pool and tennis court. A nice are for gathering and barbecues. Some units have a second bedroom with another double door closet.
This neighborhood offers the conveniences that you want and a beautiful environment all around. I am from Florida and have visited family living there.
Poorly built. Noise with poor sound proofing. Issue with breather pipes on lower level condos. Loud gurgling in pipes when upper condos do laundry. Poor water drainage when it rains.
