About Kingsfield

 

Kingsfield is an active adult community in Souderton, Pennsylvania. The 55+ community consists of 66 single-family homes. Built between 2000 and 2002, the community features a residents’ association that takes care of much of the maintenance in the neighborhood. Just an hour away from Philadelphia, Kingsfield is near plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining.

Kingsfield Amenities & Lifestyle

At Kingsfield homeowners will enjoy knowing the Kingsfield Community Association takes care of chores like street and lawn maintenance, trash collection, and snow removal for a small fee. This gives residents the opportunity to explore new interests and hobbies, or spend more time relaxing in the ample parks and natural spaces throughout the community instead of worrying about their homes. Homeowners enjoy clubs like Book Club, Ladies Lunch Bridge, and Men's Breakfast/Lunch Group.

Kingsfield Homes & Real Estate

Kingsfield was completed by Quade Homes in 2002. The community consists of 66 single-family homes in three different floor plans. These homes include at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some homes in this community come with features like fireplaces, fully carpeted floors, eat-in kitchens, and nine-foot ceilings. Concrete covered patios in the backyard are also included on some models.

In Souderton, Pennsylvania, Kingsfield is near many options for entertainment, dining, and shopping. Less than ten minutes away, County Line Plaza and Hilltown Plaza have an Aldi, The Home Depot, and a Giant Food Stores. Being located around Interstate 476 makes getting around the area a breeze.
