The five floor plans types will range from 1,536 to 2,981 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Homeowners can choose between one- and two-story home configurations, but each residence will be designed for main-floor living.

Most homes will feature open floor plans, gourmet kitchens with central islands, and master bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets. Some homes will include vaulted ceilings, finished basements, covered patios, and breakfast nooks.

The floor plans also offer abundant customization options. Homeowners can design the home of their dreams with sunrooms, screened-in porches, room extensions, spa-like master bathrooms, gas fireplaces, and more.
