Sitterle Homes began construction of Rancho Sienna in 2015 and plans to build more than 300 single-family homes. These garden homes range from 1,744 to 2,980 square feet and have two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two- or three-car garages. Standard features include hardwood floors, energy-efficient appliances, and ceiling fans in every bedroom. A smart home technology package allows buyers to program their lights, thermostat, and appliances to sync with their phones and other mobile devices.

There are over 10 floor plans currently available, most of which are single-story homes. The largest plan, The Castell, has two stories with a first-floor master suite and three additional bedrooms on the second story. Most models include a study, kitchen island, and covered porch. Additional options include large utility rooms for laundry and storage, built-in cabinets in the dining room, a breakfast area, and double sinks in the master bathroom.

Rancho Sienna residents enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle that is perfect for homeowners who want security and peace of mind when they travel. The lock-and-leave lifestyle is possible with front and rear landscaping and lawn maintenance included in the homeowners’ association fee.
