Builder HHHunt Homes began construction of Twin Rivers at Meadowville Landing in 2020 with plans to build 48 single-family homes total. The ranch-style single-family homes will come in four customizable floor plans: Retreat, Oasis, Preserve, and Element.

The Retreat model will be 1,997 square feet and contain two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, with an attached two-car garage. The Oasis model will be 2,025 square feet and contain two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, with an attached two-car garage. 

The Preserve model will be 2,056 square feet and contain two bedrooms and bathrooms, with an attached two-car garage. The Element model will be 2,084 square feet and contain two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, with an attached two-car garage.

Features in many homes will include open concept floor plans, spacious living rooms with fireplaces, gourmet kitchens with central islands, first-floor master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and outdoor patios. Some homes will also feature optional dens, covered porches, breakfast nooks, prep kitchens, finished basements, flex spaces, and interior appointments that homeowners can customize to suit their needs and preferences.

Twin Rivers at Meadowville Landing will be located in the community of Chester, about 20 minutes south of Richmond, putting residents within easy reach of daily necessities and fun opportunities.
