La Cholla Hills - Tucson, AZ

La Cholla Hills is a 55+ townhome community in Tucson, AZ. There are 389 homes and a limited quantity of lifestyle activities. It is preferred by retirees who want a community that is ideally located near the Foothills Mall, YMCA, and several great retail and dining outlets.

La Cholla Hills is on La Cholla Boulevard two miles north of Ina Road. The Omni Tucson National Golf Course and Hotel is across the street from the community. Nearby, there is plentiful shopping, movie theaters and the Northwest Hospital.

There is a small clubhouse, two outdoor pools and spas, shuffleboard and tennis courts in La Cholla Hills. There is no activities director in the community but residents coordinate neighborhood gatherings and organize clubs and activities.

La Cholla Hills was constructed between 1985 and 1989. Many of the units have been updated with new paint, carpet, tile, updated kitchens and new roofs. Homes on the resale market range between 700 and 2,000 square feet and are available in one, two and three bedroom units.
