Arlington Ridge in Leesburg, Florida is an age-restricted community with an intimate town square concept. Residents and visitors alike are greeted by scenic walkways, water features, decorative streetlights, a community park, and a picnic area. For health and fitness, residents have use of the Lexington spa and fitness center as well as the Riverbend pool and spa. A resort-style heated swimming pool with oversized lap pool and whirlpool spa is part of the center. The Parkersburg Commons offers two tennis courts, bocce ball, horseshoes, and two pickleball courts. Other outdoor areas include a resident organic garden, RV/boat parking facilities, and the Cow Park. This park is a picnic area with barbecue grills and is located along the Palatlakaha River, on the south border of Arlington Ridge.

New buyers can choose from two D.R. Horton collections at Arlington Ridge: The Sophisticate I series and the Sophisticate II series.
