I love being a 55+ real estate agent and helping people find the development and home that is perfect for them! I especially enjoy hearing about how happy they are in their new home. One of the reasons 55+ homebuyers love our area is because we are only 45 minutes away from NY. We are close to restaurants, shopping, doctor's offices, the best beaches and hospitals. I would find the development first and then look for the perfect home. It is less overwhelming and a more enjoyable process.
