I love being a 55+ real estate agent and helping people find the development and home that is perfect for them! I especially enjoy hearing about how happy they are in their new home. Professionally, I hold the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation and proudly achieved the Winner of the 2022 Circle of Excellence. One of the reasons 55+ homebuyers love our area is because we are only 45 minutes away from NY. We are close to restaurants, shopping, doctor's offices, the best beaches and hospitals. I can show you all of the places where the locals like to go.From their favorite restaurants & shopping malls to which beach holds outdoor movies for the kids. My tip for prospective buyers is to find the development that they love. Moving to a 55+ community is a life-style change. Get ready for fun! Everyone finds one development that speaks to them. I would find the development first and then look for the perfect home. It is less overwhelming and a more enjoyable process. On a personal note, I am a first responder for my town, and a proud parent of four kids. In my spare time, I love to kayak and hike.

If you have had a stressful, unpleasant home buying or selling experience I suggest you consider using Denise Horneck as your realtor. Whenever an issue or problem came up Denise immediately jumped in to resolve them. I don’t recall a time when she didn’t take our calls. She also made herself available for every scheduled home inspection, no matter the date, time or number of inspections. I cannot say enough about Denise. Denise treats you like a member of her own family. She wants you to love where you live and makes sure that the property is right for you. Both of my grown children purchased properties that were perfect for each of them. She is a gem.
