Kelly has been licensed since 1996 and has sold over 500 homes with over 400 of those homes being for a new home construction builder. Kelly's new construction sales background has proven her to be the expert in several developments in the area. She has very in-depth knowledge of the communities, from home design to construction to community amenities. This extensive knowledge is invaluable to her clients. With her experience she can assist you in making the best selections for your new home that best fit your lifestyle. While Kelly worked for a national builder, she was awarded Sales Agent of the Year in 2019 along with 9 top Sales Agent of the month awards. Kelly is a 4th generation Fort Myers resident and has been married to her husband Dan since 1995. They have two boys and two grandkids. When she isn't working, Kelly loves to entertain her friends and family on her farm, travel, spoil her grandkids, boat in the beautiful local SWFL waterways, and relax at the beaches such as Little Hickory Island Beach in Bonita.
