Steve began his real estate career as a sales associate at Del Webb’s Sun City Tucson in the 1990s. Over the next few years, he had progressed with Del Webb to the role of sales manager at the Del Webb community near Austin, Texas. Later, Steve moved to many of Del Webb’s great locations as sales manager including Del Webb’s Sun City Roseville, Sun City Palm Desert, and Del Webb’s Anthem Country Club near Las Vegas, Nevada. Additionally, he served as sales manager for the Shea Homes active adult community, Trilogy in La Quinta, California. From 2004-2012, Steve worked as the Vice President of Sales for Lennar Homes where he was responsible for all sales activity in the Northern California and Reno area.
With extensive sales experience and knowledge under his belt, in 2012, Steve partnered with his wife to create The Quaranta Real Estate Team. They always loved working with buyers and sellers, and in particular, within the active adult communities. Working within this niche has been their expertise over the years, and they look forward to helping you with your next home purchase.

We were planning a move from our current 55+ in Banning to Lincoln. We called Steve and he dropped everything to show up the Del Web properties in Roseville and Lincoln. We are closing on our dream home in Lincoln at the end of June. Steve has been there the whole way. He is the complete full service relator and I would highly recommend him.

We enjoyed working with Steve. He listened and worked to meet our needs. He understood 55 plus communities helping us to make a great decision.

Steve was very engaged in helping us find a home in Lincoln. He often took us out to view homes on short notice. After we had an offer accepted, Steve helped us to navigate the pitfalls of the home purchase. He was always available when there were questions or issues to be resolved. I would highly recommend Steve as a real estate agent.
