About Steve Quaranta

Steve places the wishes and desires of his clients above all else. He understands that living in an active adult community is not just about the home, it's about the lifestyle and living amongst friends with similar passions. Steve began his real estate career as a sales associate at Del Webb's Sun City Tucson in the 1990s. Over the next few years, he had progressed with Del Webb to the role of sales manager at the Del Webb community near Austin, Texas. Later, Steve moved to many of Del Webb's great locations as sales manager including Del Webb's Sun City Roseville, Sun City Palm Desert, and Del Webb's Anthem Country Club near Las Vegas, Nevada. Additionally, he served as sales manager for the Shea Homes active adult community, Trilogy in La Quinta, California. From 2004-2012, Steve worked as the Vice President of Sales for Lennar Homes where he was responsible for all sales activity in the Northern California and Reno area. With extensive sales experience and knowledge under his belt, in 2012, Steve partnered with his wife to create The Quaranta Real Estate Team. They always loved working with buyers and sellers, and in particular, within the active adult communities.
