Villa Monterey – Scottsdale AZ

Villa Monterey is a 55+ community located 20 miles outside of Downtown Phoenix that provides a variety of sought-after amenities. Residents of this 800-home community enjoy visiting the clubhouse, which serves as the gathering place for residents and allows neighbors to come together and form long-lasting friendships. Residents can catch a game of cards or a club meeting in the multipurpose room.

Homeowners can go for a dip in the outdoor pool and spa, or enjoy a quiet afternoon on the outdoor patio thanks to the year-round warm weather in Scottsdale. Additionally, they can challenge neighbors to a game on the tennis courts. Walking and biking trails meander through the community grounds, making it easy for residents to enjoy their natural desert surroundings.
