There are 573 single-family homes in this mid-sized active adult community, as well as upscale resort-like amenities galore.
This stunning community features 18 single-family floor plans with ranch-style homes that range from 1,240 to 2,370 square feet. Built from 1970 to 2006, Seven Hills consists of 1,100 single-family and attached homes in an active adult community offering a low-maintenance lifestyle within an active, social environment.
