As the most affordable 55+ community on this list as well as the smallest, Panorama Village is an attractive option for those on a budget. Built from 1962 to 1968, this mid-sized community of 501 single-family homes is well established and offers a vibrant, social atmosphere with friendly neighbors and a rich variety of amenities and social clubs.

The single-family homes at Panorama Village are available on a resale basis, and they range from 912 to 2,371 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached one- or two-car garage. These homes feature open designs with large kitchens, hardwood laminate floors, covered front porches, and landscaped backyards.

Panorama Village may be affordable, but it doesn’t skimp on amenities. Indoors, residents enjoy a clubhouse, an exercise room, an indoor spa, a multipurpose room, a lounge, a computer lab, a library, and an auditorium. There’s also a hobby and game room and a catering kitchen to enjoy.

Outdoors, community members can take advantage of Hemet’s almost year-round sunshine at the swimming pool, spa, and patio. There are also shuffleboard courts and a nine-hole executive golf course. There are 573 single-family homes in this mid-sized active adult community, as well as upscale resort-like amenities galore.

This stunning community features 18 single-family floor plans with ranch-style homes that range from 1,240 to 2,370 square feet. Homes offer two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and a two- or two-and-a-half-car garage. Built by the revered developer Del Webb, these homes boast energy-efficient designs, gourmet kitchens, spa-like bathrooms, and open great rooms.

As the center of the community, the 23,000-square-foot Mountain View Lodge acts as the social and activity hub. It includes a fitness center, an indoor lap pool and spa, an indoor walking track and aerobics studio, craft and hobby studios, a ballroom, a computer station, and a billiards room. Residents can also enjoy the multipurpose room, the library, the card room, the catering kitchen, and the coffee bar, among other indoor amenities. Outdoors, there are two pools, a patio, and a barbecue area. There are bocce ball and tennis courts to enjoy as well as walking and biking trails throughout the community. Built from 1970 to 2006, Seven Hills consists of 1,100 single-family and attached homes in an active adult community offering a low-maintenance lifestyle within an active, social environment.

Homes at Seven Hills offer a variety of sizes and styles. Attached homes range from about 1,180 to 1,470 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Most of the homes in Seven Hills are single-family detached homes, which range from 1,150 to 2,500 square feet with two or three bedrooms, one-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.

As one would expect from a community of this size, there’s no shortage of amenities and social clubs at Seven Hills. The Seven Hills Members Club is exclusive to members who pay a small fee to gain access to numerous amenities inside the clubhouse, including the fitness center, billiards table, a card room, indoor shuffleboard courts, a ballroom, and a library. Outdoors, residents enjoy an outdoor pool, patio, and (for a low monthly fee) the Seven Hills Golf Club.

Resale single-family homes at Four Seasons at Hemet come in a range of floor plans and sizes, from 1,444 to 2,800 square feet, with two-car garages.
