Surrounding Area 

The Landing at Rocklyn is located in Clemmons, a popular suburban area conveniently close to Winston-Salem and Greensboro, as well as Interstates 40 and 285. This prime location puts homeowners within reach of daily necessities and fun opportunities.

There are numerous wineries within a 20-mile radius of Clemmons with many of the wineries and vineyards offering on-site restaurants, tastings, tours, music festivals, and harvest festivals. Located just 11 miles from Clemmons, Medaloni Cellars is a stop along the Yadkin Valley wine trail offering wine tastings and tours and is host of multiple events and parties. Junius Lindsay Vineyard is family-owned and located about 17 miles southeast of Clemmons. Named for the proprietor’s grandfather, Junius Lindsay Zimmerman, this winery boasts North Carolina’s only open-air tasting room, offering a breathtaking view of the vineyards and farmland.

Residents who wish to explore nearby urban areas will be in luck as Greensboro is just over 30 miles away.
