Villas at Westport is an active lifestyle community located in Denver, North Carolina. The community features 31 townhomes with first-floor master suites. There are various world-class amenities at the community, including an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and swimming pool. Located next to scenic Lake Norman and 40 minutes from Charlotte, Villas at Westport is an ideal community for an active lifestyle.

Villas at Westport Amenities & Lifestyle 

Residents in Villas at Westport enjoy full access to an in-ground pool surrounded by a patio with lounge chairs. Golfers will love that the community is home to an 18-hole golf course and pro shop. The community is also home to miles of walking and biking trails.

Members of the community can enjoy a variety of clubs and activities. There is always golf and golf training facilities at the pro shop. Residents can work with a private trainer to create a personal fitness program, or they can join aerobics, water aerobics, or yoga classes. 

Villas at Westport Homes & Real Estate

Copper Builders started construction on Villas at Westport in 2008. Upon completion, the community plans to include 31 homes. These homes come in floor plans ranging from 1,152 to 2,100 square feet of living space. They have two or three bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two-car garages. These homes include features like first-floor master suites, gourmet kitchens, and private courtyards.

Area

Villas at Westport is ideally located in Denver, bordered by the popular Lake Norman. Homeowners looking for groceries will just have to step out their front door where there’s a Food Lion. Other options farther south on State Road 16 include a Walmart and Aldi. Restaurants in the area include Cookout, Subway, and many different independent restaurants. There is some retail near the community, but residents won’t have to travel far to shop at Lowe’s, Kohl’s, and HomeGoods, among others. Medical services nearby include North State Medical Group, Novant Health, and CaroMont Regional Medical Center.

Villas at Westport is located next to the popular Lake Norman. There, homeowners can boat, fish, or just enjoy the scenes at one of the largest lakes in the state. Residents can take ST 16 south to arrive in downtown Charlotte. There, residents will find a wider variety of food, entertainment, and retail. Other attractions include the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Carrowinds Theme Park, and Discovery Place, Sports fans can catch professional basketball and football in Charlotte as well. Residents looking for a far-flung vacation can fly out of Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. All this makes Villas at Westport a great active lifestyle community in Denver, NC.
