- Present h.(Resident/Homeowner)|August 13, 2015We have purchased in the second phase of construction and have lived here for close to three years. We have a wonderful repoire with our neighbors and love our home, the upgrades we chose and the lot we picked. I can't recommend this place enough.
- Pat Q.|August 13, 2015One of the nicest communities in SE PA. Reasonable prices, low monthly fees, and happy residents. Glad we found it.
- New c.|June 20, 2015The homes are lovely and very well built. We drove to the factory and were very pleased to see that these homes are built to the highest standards. We've spoken to numerous residents in the community and heard nothing but excellent things about the homes and about how nice and friendly everyone in the community is. We look forward to selecting a lot and ordering our new home. We've chosen this community because of it's charm, the lovely homes, it's location, and because of the friendly people who we met here.
- Potential B.|September 26, 2014These are manufactured homes. The quality is 1 step above a mobile home.
- Susan L.|August 9, 2014We bought here because the builder is reputable, the taxes are low, the quality is good and the price was right. I do wish the clubhouse was done but since I'm not 100% retired yet I guess it doesn't matter so much for now. We know our neighbors and the people here are friendly.
