- mike m.|October 18, 2018Nice homes - horrible board. be careful. the board does not know how to run a community of homes. they believe noting is covered under the HOA in terms of maintenance on the outside of the house. They will try to force you to pay for things that are clearly covered under the HOA fees.
- Neighbor (Resident/Homeowner)|December 9, 2014Overall the community is wonderful, houses and property are very nice, the amenities leave a lot to be desired, the "clubhouse" is tired, not cared for at all, and it has the most bizarre policy, only open to residents, yep, you can't even have a party and invite a friend, the one and only over 55 I have ever seen do this. Crazy, and to boot, they have no supplies in the clubhouse, NO CABLE ON THE TV, I am not kidding. BYOS (bring your own supplies) and that includes toilet paper!!! No joke!! Just crazy and a waste of a great resource and definite negative for resale values. Damn shame, it has the potential to be a really nice place if the folks running the show would get their stuff together and have a little forward thinking.
