Woodhaven Hills is an intimate 55+ community located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Situated behind Woodhaven Mall, residents enjoy a quick walk to entertainment, shopping, and dining outside of Woodhaven Hills.

This active adult community consists of low-maintenance twin townhomes built by The Moser Group between 2007 and 2009. Homeowners throughout Woodhaven Hills enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle that offers residents more time to enjoy the recreation and activities found throughout Bucks County.

Woodhaven Hills Amenities & Lifestyle

Homebuyers aged 55 and better are welcomed at Woodhaven Hills. Residents are greeted with a laidback and happy-go-lucky environment because they do not have to worry about the exterior hassles of their home. There is a small forest area behind Woodhaven Hills that residents can use for walking and more trails that go through neighborhoods nearby for biking.

In 2007, The Moser Group began construction of Woodhaven Hills and in 2009 it was completed with 52 twin townhomes. Each residence found throughout the community has approximately 1,845 square feet of living space. These low-maintenance homes offer two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. Additional well-appointed features include a full basement, elevator, and master suites with sitting areas.

Woodhaven Woods is located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania just west of Woodhaven Road. The community’s close proximity to major roadways like Interstate 95 makes visits to Philadelphia an easy 20-minute drive away. New Jersey is also right over the Delaware River and summer trips to Seaside Heights and Atlantic City are less than two hours away.

Woodhaven Mall is located directly across from Woodhaven Hills. Residents can take a quick walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Woodhaven Mall boasts entertainment with an AMC Movie Theater, grocery shopping at ACME Market, and Home Depot. Parx Casino, TD Bank Amphitheater, and Neshaminy State Park are just 10 minutes away from this community. Woodhaven Hills in Bucks County  is close to everything to stay active and entertained throughout the northern Philadelphia area.
