I love being a 55+ real estate agent helping people achieve the highest quality of life through buying and selling real estate. My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals. Whether that's downsizing, moving closer to family, being near the beach or enjoying the lifestyle and low maintenance of a 55+ community. I've been a real estate salesperson since 2005 and specializing in seniors and 55+ since 2013. I've also earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association Of Realtors. I'm recognized each year as a circle of excellence sales winner in the state of NJ. We have a great location close to the beaches, entertainment, casinos, dining and incredible natural beauty. We are also close to major cities like Philadelphia and 2 hours to New York City. This area is less crowded and has very little traffic. Home prices and taxes are less than many other parts of NJ. We have some of the best beaches and world famous boardwalks around. This is a summer resort destination. On the mainland (off the island) where most of our 55+ communities are located there is less traffic and lower prices.
