Florida's Space Coast has many affordable 55+ communities in a picturesque, seaside setting.

Florida’s Space Coast runs along the state’s eastern Atlantic coast, ranging from Titusville in the north to Palm Bay in the south. This stretch of land is known for its natural habitats, breathtaking beaches, and of course the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral, for which the region is named. Military and civilian rockets are still launched from the area, even after NASA’s space program ended in 2011.
