Close to Summerfield and Interstate 75, Lakeside Landings is in Oxford and an excellent choice for active adults looking for a resort-style lifestyle. This gated community is a collection of 700 single-family homes, condos, and attached villas. Exercise classes take place in the fitness studio, and residents can take advantage of a pool, a putting green, and tennis courts. Homeowners can also gather for happy hours at the cabana bar. Plus, Lakeside Landings offers unique amenities like a beach area and a fishing pier.

Some of the most popular clubs at Stonecrest include the photography club, the singles club, and aerobics classes. Out-of-towners can meet up with old neighbors in the East Coast club and the Midwest club.
