What can active adults with $250k to spend get for their money in Arizona? The answer is: quite a lot! There are almost 100 communities spread across Arizona with homes for sale for $250k and under. Your first decision is whether you want to live in sunny areas of Central Arizona or Southern Arizona, which avoid harsh winters, or the slightly higher and cooler Northern Arizona, where winter is a reality (though nothing like the East Coast or Midwest.)
