Wellington at Seven Hills' spacious clubhouse is the focal point for all community activities. There are a variety of amenities within the clubhouse including a fitness center, billiards room, library, computer stations, multi-purpose and meeting rooms, and a ballroom. Residents can also meet for a meal at Wellington's Bar and Grill, the community's on-site restaurant.
Outside, the community amenities continue with four tennis courts and a beautiful Olympic-size swimming pool and spa with plenty of patio space for poolside lounging. Not only is the community beautiful, but it is a fun place to live for active seniors who have a choice of many social and sports activities. And of equal importance is the fact that the community is well managed and financially stable.
